REST CLUB serves as your sanctuary to reconnect with your body, breath, and being. Each month you will be guided towards a deeper connection with SELF.

  • Gentle somatic practices focusing on safety and comfort

  • Incorporation of Yin and Restorative Yoga principles

  • Guided meditations and breathwork techniques

  • Reflective journaling and moments of contemplation

  • Regulation of the nervous system for relaxation and restoration

  • Dedicated time to simply be and embrace quietude

Details:

Live online class every first Sunday of the month at 5pm AEST

Recordings will be sent to all attendees within 12 hours of the live session

Access to the recording will be available for one week

You have the option to join as a drop-in attendee for $25 per class or purchase a 3-class pass for $60. To book 3 classes - simply select the *ADD ON of $35 and you will manual be added to the following 2 classes.
